- Complete City’s Permit Form (Deliver or Fax to Alderman's office.)
- Clean Out Garage (RMIA won’t help with this)
The Long Version... Sign-up to participate in the RMIA Neighborhood Garage Sale by registering below. You can register and pay online and download the City’s Garage Sale Permit. Contributions help to defray expenses RMIA pays to advertise the Neighborhood Garage Sale in the Tribune, Sun Times, Reader, Daily Herald, Lerner Papers, and Craigslist.
To participate, you will need to complete and submit the City’s Garage Sale Permit Application Form: Garage Sale Permit. Please complete the form and either deliver it to Alderman Mell’s office at 3649 North Kedzie Avenue, or fax it to Alderman Mell’s office at 773-478-8006. Be sure to supply your contact information so that the alderman's office can send the permit to you. You may also call the Alderman’s office 773-478-8040 for more information.
