Alderman Meeting — Recent Gun Violence

Concerned neighbors from the Manor and adjoining neighborhoods have organized a meeting with Rossana Rodriguez, the 33rd Ward Alderman, to discuss recent gun violence and crime incidents. The meeting will take place outside at the corner of Francisco and Sunnyside, half a block from where multiple shots were fired into a parked truck early Sunday morning (around 2:55 a.m.) at 6:00 p.m. on November 4, 2021. The RMIA encourages as many neighbors as possible to attend in order to advocate for a greater police presence and resources to address the recent uptick in crime we have seen in and around the neighborhood.
